DO SALES TAKE PLACE ONLY ONLINE OR AT PHYSICAL LOCATION?

Currently there is no La Mia Moda retail shop or showroom. All sales take place online at our website www.lamiamoda.com.hk only.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER VIA FACEBOOK / WHATsAPP / WECHAT?

Yes. Orders can also be placed via Facebook, Whatsapp or WeChat. Any enquiries, please take a look at the FAQs here, or feel free to email us at cs@lamiamoda.com.hk. Our customer service representative will use our best endeavors to help you out!

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop at La Mia Moda without creating an account.

However, register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Add items and products you love to your Wish List.
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 7 days (excluding public holiday) after payment transfer is completed.

Shipments deliver to Industrial & Commercial Locations require around 2 business days after orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipments deliver to Residential Locations require around 3 - 5 business days after orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

All Hong Kong orders will be sent by S.F. Express. We offer FREE courier service to Industrial & Commercial address (except remote area), and FREE self pick up service at S.F. Express service centers / S.F. Stores. Shipments deliver to residential areas or office address at remote areas, customer will need to add surcharge $20 when check out your order.

Hong Kong's remote areas include:

New Territories: Ma On Shan / Sai Kung / Sham Tseng / Tin Shui Wai / Tiu Keng Leng / Tseung Kwan O / Clear Water Bay / Shatin / Tai Po / Fanling / Sheung Shui / Yuen Long / Tuen Mun / Tai Wai and etc.

Hong Kong Island: Shek O / Stanley / Repulse Bay / Tai Tam / Deep Water Bay and etc.

Outlying Islands: Lantau Island (Tung Chung / Discovery Bay / Chap Lap Kok [includes Hong Kong International Airport] / Hong Kong Disneyland / Mui Wo / Pui O / Cheung Sha / Tong Fuk / Shek Pik / Ngong Ping / Tai O) / Ma Wan / Cheung Chau / Lamma Island / Peng Chau and etc.


I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If the order is paid, please contact the customer service representative by emailing to cs@lamiamoda.com.hk ASAP. Our customer service representative will check and confirm whether your order has been dispatched and whether the order can be cancelled. 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I Change my shipping address?

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service representative with your request as soon as possible by emailing us at cs@lamiamoda.com.hk. We try to fulfill each order as quickly as possible, so it is essential that you contact us quickly if you would like to request to change the shipping address. Once your order has been dispatched and shipped, we are unable to make any change.

CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

can i track my order?

A tracking number will be given to you by e-mail once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can use this tracking number to track delivery status at courier official website. 

what do i do if i receive a faulty item in my order?

In case of manufacturing fault, please send e-mail to cs@lamiamoda.com.hk.  We bear the return shipping cost and replacement will send to you ASAP.

CAN I DO AN EXCHANGE / REFUND?

All items are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your received items, don't worry! All regular price items  are eligible for a one-time exchange. For our exchange policy, click Returns & Exchange.

ARE PRICES NEGOTIABLE?

Prices are fixed and the amounts indicated on the website are final.
